free weights with sculpt dvd??

So today is my first sculpt workout.. do I need the resistance bands (which I need to buy) or can I use free weights with this one dvd??? TY :)

    The exercises are geared for using the bands I think if you know how to properly exercise the particular muscle that she is working on at that time, you could use weights, but a lot of the moves are geared towards working multiple muscles at the same time while using the bands so it may be awkward without them...

    Thank you for your response. I ended up buying some resistance bands lol.
