I'm up to 180.4 (that was on Friday morning, I've not gotten on the scale today). I'm trying to trust the process of increasing my calories and lifting heavy but the scale has me a bit out of sorts. I may need to put it in the closet for a while.0

Ok not happy with myself at all!! Up this week 2lbs (153) Thankfully school vacation is over!! Back to the bump and grind. Goals for this week stay on track.0

So I'm at 187 this week....which means up 2! GRRRR... I hate to say it, but I was kinda relieved when I saw that I wasn't the only one....
This is going to be a tough week for me, Dr only approved exercise tomorrow for dance class, all other exercise suspended to get inflammation out of hip bursa :sad:0 -
