My personal challenge is to get better about my food choices and to workout Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat. I did HORRIBLE over vacation (and I mean horrible, I'm completely disgusted with myself :sad: ). I think I'm back to square one, even though I fought and tried so hard just to lose that 3 lbs it's taken me 10 weeks to lose. Ugh....I'm scared to step on the scale...0

158.6 this week. So that's back up 1.6 but I had my 4 day work-ation this week and i'm happy with the "gain".
My personal challenge is to get back to my exercise routine. The only day I exercised this week was... Monday? Or was it Tuesday. lol. And also get back to eating healthier. I need to get to the grocery store!
My goal weight for next week is 157.0. Just want to lose this traveling gain.0 -
