Can anyone tell me some very low calorie foods that I can fill up on when hungry?
And low calorie meals? Struggle to find any recipes that include calorie content.

    Try sparkrecipes.com. It have lots of great recipes with calorie content included! Also, skinnytaste.com is one of my favorite blogs.
