Breakfast ideas

I just wanted to share my favorite breakfast at the moment and see if you wanted to share any of your go-to breakfast items.
I have been baking my eggs in a muffin tin. I add various things. I bake at 350 until set and not runny.
Two favorties are:
Spray muffing tin
Line it with a slice of Hormel Naturals Deli Ham
Crack in an egg. Sprinkle with black pepper
Top with 1 TBS shredded Parmesan cheese
Spray muffing tim
crack in an egg
top with a sprinkle of real bacon bits and 1 TBS Parmesan cheese.
It is amazing how full I stay. Sometimes I will add 1 slice of whole wheat toast (no butter). If I eat cereal for breakfast I am never satisfied.
The calories have always been pretty low, depending on what I add in.
Blessings,
Melanie

Sounds delicious! I need to try this. Mornings are not fast at my house. I need more ideas like this to make wholesome breakfasts with very little work.0
