Monday Madness!

For those of you who splurged over the weekend...(I know I did!!!) LETS HIT THE GYM! Just for at least a half an hour walk on the treadmill, lift some weights, or just do some stretching and yoga poses! Those who don't have a membership take a walk outside do some crunches in your living room. If you have kids plays with your kids outside or play their favorite wii game with them! Go for a walk with your hunny! Just get active TODAY!

    i think this monday was a fail for me..didn't log in anything monday and don't remember what i did. :( doh!! but i know i did 15 miles this week so that's that. :)
