April 24th Exercise...and last week

Sorry I haven't been posting these. But it's never to late to get in your exercise. So post what you've done this past week and what you are doing today.

17- 39 min Richard Simmons dvd
18- 15 minutes walking
19- nothing
20- 15 minutes helping to tarp a semi
21- 32 minutes walking outside
22- 32 minutes walking outside faster pace
23- 19 minutes walking to pick kid up from school with wagon and two year old in it to begin with and both coming back.0 -
24th - 3 mile run. I hit a new speed..I could sustain 6mph (10 min mile) for quite some time
I did a full 5K in 34:30
