Day 8 Cardio Power and Resistance

So far, this is my favorite one in the first month. I feel like I can keep up with the majority of the exercises. I still have lots of room for improvement in speed, but I am moving the entire time and not having any moments to "sit this exercise out so I can breathe". I burned 371 calories - 3 calories better than last week....lol.
