Hello Ladies,
So I officially finished my first week of Turbo Fire last night and I am feeling great - really loving it so far!
The only problem I've had so far is my back is really hurting - did anyone else experience this at first? I'm hoping it goes away after time.
I made the decision not to weigh myself until my 4 week mark because I'm the type of person to get SUPER discouraged if I don't see a huge loss on the scale (I usually set pretty unrealistic goals for myself) so I'm only going to weigh myself at each 30 day interval. I was 188 when I started so I am hoping for at least an 8 pound loss after the first month!
I'm very excited to be a part of this group and be able to get helpful tips from other Turbo Fire users Feel free to add me!

Congrats! I haven't had any problems with my back and I am now on week 13. I hope your back pain goes away soon.
Keep pushing play! :happy:0 -
I just finished my 1st week also! And everything hurts LOL...but in a good way. No bad back pain, but I've had knee pain and I had to pay better attention to my form. Good Luck and keep up the good work!!0

My back muscles were really sore the first couple of weeks. My theory is that the muscles hadn't been used in a looonnng time and also I needed to focus on my form to make sure I was performing the moves correctly (same goes for knees). After doing this the back pain went away and now I'm feeling soreness in the rest of my muscles! (in a good way)0
