Hi y'all!!

Just found this group....I hope its OK to join! I started 30DS on April 17th any way and have done 6 days...7 after tonight. My goal is to complete "30 before 30" - 30 days before my 3oth on May 24th, however I've got a vacation starting on may 16th so I'm really shooting to reach this goal before then!

i joined a 30DS 4/17 start up group BUT......there are a lot of quitters and im looking for some motivated people to keep me going, not fuel excuses!!!

i had just come off some ri30 before this (OMG kicked my *kitten*) so i decided to go back to the 30DS and build up my endurance. I started at level 2 on the shred.

SO....HI GROUP!

    Hi! I am not the creator of this group, but if I have a vote- come one over! I am on 30 Day Shred Level 3, day 1 right now. I love it! I plan to start Killer Buns and Thighs and Ripped in 30 next. You can do this!

    Hey grrrrl, thanks! i think Killer B&T are next for me too...I'm interested in 6 week 6 pack but i have "weird just had a baby tummy" and i think ill be keeping it under wraps this summer LOL. was considering alternating the 2 videos...

    Welcome! I'm a junkie, too! I am doing a rotation between Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, No More Trouble Zones, Kickboxing Fast Fix, and 6 week 6 pack. I have to change it up often or I lose my motivation!

    I have not done ripped in 30 yet! Sounds scary! I plan to start it with Tatyanne on May 4 and will probably throw in some buns and thighs during the week in addition to it. I am noticing great things happening from 30 days shred so I am excited to step it up a notch!

    Hi - I'm Robin, I WANT to be a Jillian Junkie but I'm still on Level 1 of the 30DS. I am moving on to Level 2 tomorrow but I am scared to death! I still really sweat and want to die when I do level 1! It sounds like the other videos are killers too! I need to have faith in me and just do it! I have been doing cardio (treadmill & elliptical for YEARS) but not getting anywhere. Everything I read now says it's all about the weights and circuit training. So, I'm slowing trying to give up a lot of the cardio and see what happens. The scale is not my friend but I think I'm losing inches slowly. Glad to have this group!

    YOU CAN DO THIS ROBIN!! I actually like level 2 better than 1...although i can't articulate exactly why...something about the oblique twists...hahaha

    I bet you are losing inches already! I, too, sweated all through level 1. You will notice each day a little more stamina. I did, but I still felt like I was going to die by the end. Stick with it! Level 2 is a little harder, but you will see results if you stick with it! As for the scale- I hear ya! I am in the same boat of weight, but inches is what counts! (if I was losing weight I would say weight counts, but I'm not, so there. ha ha lol!!)

    I hear ya! I hate when my husband walks in in the morning to put his shoes on - I need to be alone to sweat, cry & moan! I know I need to move on but change is tough for me! I will try to watch level 2 tonight to see what to expect. I really, really hope this pays off and some inches melt away!

    I know! I hate when my husband comes in. He never says anything bad or anything, but I always feel stupid doing it. B/C I know I look spastic!! Good luck moving up. I can almost bet you will lose awesome inches!! I have not done a whole lot of Natalie moves because I am new at this, and I really want to do it, and I know my limitations! I may do 5 Natalies and then have to do the rest Anitas but I give it my all. We can do this!
