    BROWN RICE CRACKERS

    1/2 cups brown rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 TBSP flax seeds
    1 TBSP pumpkin seeds
    1 TBSP dark sesame oil

Combine water and rice in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to an hour, until rice is falling apart. Let cool.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In food processor mix rice and oil until combined. Press onto parchment lined baking sheet, making sure it is 1/4" thick. Sprinkle with seeds and lightly press them into the rice mixture. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour until brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool 2 minutes. Break into pieces and cool completely on a bakers rack.

    Yield: about 3 dozen

Love these! I've seen a bean dip similar to that one and can't wait to try yours.

I'll try to post some of the recipes I've been using. My brother, cousin, and I started a website to keep track of our recipes and ideas on clean eating and local foods. It's a little project of ours but viewable by anyone so feel free... eatingreal.com.

I love kale chips with olive oil instead of eating potato chips, they are REALLY easy to make.

Preheat oven to 275 - chop kale into bite sized pieces, use an oil sprayer to lightly coat kale pieces and sprinkle lightly with sea salt or whichever seasoning you like. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, bake for another 10.

    SO GOOD
