No subject in particular,just been a while since we've had a good topic going so I'm fishing for suggestions. I have been wondering though if 1200 is too many cals for me anyone know of a good source for finding out?

Everything I had read says that women should not go below 1200 calories/day. I am sure everyone is different though. When I first started I was eating around 1000 calories a day and after a few days I was so worn out I could barely get out of bed. My dr. told me that 1500/day should be my absolute minimum for healthy weight loss.0

I eat 1100 calories per day and I've lost 4.5lbs so far in 12 days, I think that's a nice slow pace. Now I do go over my goal sometimes but for the most part I don't. It's very hard with children and a fiance to feed.0
