...FHerndon01 for the second consecutive week! She had a loss of 6.8lbs, for a body weight loss of 3.22% this week! Awesome!!!

    Last week was nuts for me. I was off work and out and out doing a ton of stuff. I was surprised by how much I dropped. I've slowed down this week and figure I'll be back to normal amounts now. lol!

    This past week things finally just came together it seems. My weight has been trickling off but I have stuck with it and was surprised how much I lost this time around....which was a little over 5 pounds. I am excited. Congratulations everyone!!!
