My realistic goal for May is 4lbs. because I haven[t been able to get the scale to budge since losing
15 lbs. But I've added in some exercise everyday and that seems to be inching it down!

Yeah, apparently it is harder once you've shifted the first few pounds! Remember muscle weighs more than fat though, so it may be an idea to measure yourself too! You might find your getting smaller physically, just not in weight so much.
