Hey ladies!!

I hope everyone is doing swell today :))..How is everyone doing with eating && working out?? IS anyone dead yet..lol...jk..

I have been having an issue with my fruit intake and im not sure y..im forcing myself to eat the fruit but im not eating the whole thing..its almost like im getting full just from eating half of it...is something wrong with that?? idk, but everything else is going great..im feeling so much better with my work outs and i've noticed that my most difficult thing for my work out is sometimes finding the motivation to finish that hour that i need to push myself..i get lazy after 45min then i just want to crash..i finish doing it and feel great but i dont know how to switch it up to not stay so bored after the 45min..any suggestions??

Anywho..what is your downfall when it comes to either your workouts or eating habits?

    My downfall is not my workouts, its my diet :grumble: I can do good for most of the week and then the weekends come and I throw it all away. It's always been a struggle since my husband does NOT eat healthy at all so I'm always tempted, but now that I stay with family.. all they eat is fattening foods and the only healthy stuff that comes through here is if I make it. So ya I struggle with my eating habits. I've been stuck for a long time now and just getting really tired of it. *sigh* Somebody shoot me lol. Sorry for the rant haha... Good day ladies and lets BRING IT!!! :wink:

    Good morning ladies!!!!

    OMG I have an issue with the fruit as well! Actually the only time I have fruit is when I make my morning banana smoothies! LOL!!!!

    As for my veggies I am adding more veggies into y meals and I already warned my kids that there will be more vegetables at the table so they can starve or eat LOL!!! I know it sounds harsh but common they wont even try the meal if they see veggies in it! Anyhow, as for my workouts.... I am trying to get on track with that. This morning I decided that I am going to try and do Jillians 30DS once in the morning and once after work to get burning some more calories. Of course depending on what is going on that day, I might only do it once but that is what I am aiming for. I am also cutting down on my carb intake!

    MEKA: I took measurements this AM and sad to say I have not lost any inches! Then again I havent been sticking to this the way I should so starting level 2 I hope to see some inches coming off! What day are all of you on with the 30DS????? By biceps still hurt from sunday when I upped my weights to 5 pounds LOL!!!!

    Girl I do that to! I loose 3 lbs during the week and then the weekend comes and I gain them back because I over eat! My husband doesnt eat healthy either, but this morning he was pretty sad to see he gained weight and his belly is looking big! LOL!!! So I might be able to talk him into eating healthier and exercising! You know sometimes even though the scale says one thing, people see something else. This whole week people have been telling me how I am loosing all this weight. i dont see it, but apparently others do!

    Well I have more than one downfall. I have a harder time eating healthy on the weekends. It's hard going to Outback and TGIF ordering something healthy lol. I feel like my hardwork during the week goes to waste (sometimes). I hear some people say that they have cheat days so I guess I could reward myself with one of those. Also, I don't think I push myself as hard as I can with my workouts sometimes. I have lowered my calorie intake to 1200 from 1400. I know everyone says I should eat more but I have only lost 3 lbs in almost 2 months and I'm not happy with that. I'm not going to starve myself by any means (I love food), I'm just trying something different to see how my body responds. Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their day!!

    I struggle weekends as well..I think its because the lack of structure to my day. But I just joined the gym and have a gym buddy. We're going at least 5 days a week and she'll eb doing 30Ds with me once I'm able to start it. I don't know about losing the 3lbs this week, but I sure will try! Oh and I haven't done crunches...I'm scared to do them because of my back. But Monday I will be back to a full workout. Today the Elliptical kinda hurt me a bit...but I kept going. My back is a bit sore and I'm worried about what it will feel like tomorrow. But I was so excited to have my own membership that I didn't care! lol I'm paying for it, better use it!

    Good luck ladies!!! I'm excited for Monday since I will be working hard all week!!
