  • Strength training. I did this pyramid workout:

    20 squats
    30 lunges
    40 toe touches
    50 second jumping jacks
    40 toe touches
    30 lunges
    20 squats

    By the end, your legs are MUSH.

    I also did 20 tricep dips and 20 push-ups
