I need help with the spreadsheet

Hello everyone, I just complete my first training session and I want to use the spreadsheet. I have a Macbook pro so when I download the spreadsheet I realize it's won't adjust to the numbers format. Is there anyone who had the same problem? Can anyone tell me what I can do? or how would I do my spreadsheet? Thanks so much

    Try uploading it as a Google Document and see if it works there?

    I had the same problem with my OpenOffice on my Macbook and I just said screw it and got a little notebook and pen to carry around.

    Thanks, I goggled "strong lift spreadsheet" and I found one on a Zoho I just made my own following the format of the spreadsheet I found and I saved it as excel and upload it to my google documents. Thank you so much for responding
