Who is still lurking here ? and how are you doing??
I'm having bouts of busy lately, but I try to check in as frequently as I can...I'm hovering at 13 pounds in 30 days lost. I hope to kick it up a notch as emeril says -- I have a disney trip planned for Jun 8 and want to be a little smaller to be more comfy on the rides!

Oh MAN,
i m SO Back. For the Past couple of Days I have been so anxious and resentfull. I am supposed to be on Vacation or starting it last Tuesday. And Some of My Employees have called in sick thereby making me have to intervine.
I am so annoyed that I could just scream. ANd Overeat. ANd Scream. And Overeat to calm me down, to push down my frustration.
So, I turned to Fitnesspal ihstead. I hope this is a good thing and that I can just let loose frok time to time.

I want to cry and eat too this week. It has been one of challenges and frustration. I too have turned to MFP - knowing that I needed to log my food helped me to resist that eating to comfort me. Knowing that MFP was here and all - helped me tremedously.
Here is to a new week that is not as hectic or crazy for all of us!
