Hi Ladies

I have been on MFP for quite sometime but havent been active on it.
I am a mother of a 13 month old daughter and struggling to lose my baby weight.

I have managed to loose 12 kgs so far by watching what i eat and doing workout dvds.
But seeing the results on this forum women get by weightlifting has been so inspirationall I have decided to venture into it.

I am a complete novice at weightlifting but I am determined to continue this journey. Stronglifts looked like good option so here I am.
