I have started my weight loss journey 3 months back but haven't lost more than 5 pounds.. very dissappointing.. 1 good thing is I have dopped 2 pant sizes

Well done! Clothes are the first thing you need to rely on. They tell you the truth. The 5lbs you lost will be the ones that are gone forever. We live in a Microwave world and want everything yesterday unfortunately. The slow journey is the right journey.

Clothes are the perfect way to see "weight loss". If your working out aswell, your weight can stay the same but your fat percentage will reduce and your muscle percentage increase, meaning smaller healthier you.0
