My goal is to lose 10 pounds by the end of May. I plan to do this by counting calories and exercising 6 days a week for 60 minutes.

My goal is to lose 5 pounds in May. My problem is that I keep messing up at night.... any suggestions? It definitely helps to log everything!

RTDavis11 - tough challenge! You are ambitious! I like it. The very best of luck! You can do it!

Ericadk - Try and drink lots of water in the evening instead of snacking, sounds trivial but it does work!

Try not to keep unhealthy foods in the house, if you do put them somewhere where it isn't easy to quickly grab them so that you don't do it spur on the moment!

Try to keep your mind busy, if you're anything like me you'll eat when you're bored; usually I have some mind numbing program on on the TV so just eat to liven things up a bit!

Another random tip - brushing your teeth! Then they feel clean and smooth and you don't want to snack on something naughty to ruin that...

And finally, if you STILL want to snack, I've recently been told that frozen yoghurt is very tasty but has next to no fat. I'm going to try this soon!

    Hope this helped,

    Amber
