I got a new max backsquat on Tuesday, 97.5kg :) I am relaly happy and will defintely break the 100kg mark next time :)

    Another PB tonight, this time for deadlift, hit 127.5kg which is 7.5kgs better than my last max. It is such an AMAZING feeling, I love it!!

    I've probably been working on my max deadlifts for about 18 months but only really been doing proper powerlifting training for about 8 months :)
