So I jumped on the 30ds train today, I'm more than a week late than most of you but I'm excited to know someone else out there is feeling my pain. Only starting at level one for now, i'm really out of shape! A lot of people say I'm not going to lose weight, just inches - which is mostly okay with me.. The scale can read whatever it likes as long as I'm not horrifying in a bathing suit! What are everyone's results like so far?

I am on Day5. I have lost 3 inches so far! The scale hasn't moved at all. Good luck!0

i've lost about an inch from all over and my stomach feels less....whats the word...FLABTASTIC
NSV - i gave myself a night off last night and opted to take my daughter out for out standard 2 mile stroll and i jogged almost the entire time! 30ds has def upped my endurance for sure. I even made it to 10 "real" push ups last night LOL0 -
Like others, I have endurance now and have even jogged a little. Its been about 10 years or more since I attempted that! I am on level 3. I have lost about 1-2 pounds, and several inches. I haven't done an offical measure b/c I am waiting until the end to record it all. But I measured this morning and have lost about 3 inches from my waist, 3-4 off my hips, .25-.50 inches from my thighs, and 2-3 from my bust. My biceps have actually gained a little from muscle. I am fine with that! Stick with it. No matter what inches, pounds, or whatever, we are getting healthier! That is what counts!!! (well, that and a 2 piece bathing suit!!)0
