I did Day 12 of Jillian's MTC program yesterday, which is a repeat of Day 8. Usually, you do a minute of cardio at the end of each of the five circuits, but this one has you doing five thirty-second sprints at the end of all of the circuits. I thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest, but I did it! It took the whole walk on the way home to cool down.
I hate burpees! Actually, I hate anything that involves being in the plank position!

Level 3 Day 2 30DS...whoa! I was still sore from the day before. And this morning...I can barely move. That is no joke, and I am modifying some of the moves (like the traveling push-ups and the row/leg lifts I'm doing on my knees). Ouch...not sure if I will be able to manage that tonight. Might have to switch over to Fast Fix Kickboxing (legs) to give my shoulders a rest!0
