Sounds pretty generic. The 5 exercises are likely to be chi kung. Will give you an overview of tai chi and help you decide whether you want to continue learning.0 -

That's sounds about right. I remembered some of the principles from what my mum & uncle told me (I'm Chinese) but it was all a long time ago.0 -

I'm Chinese, too. I teach tai chi and chi kung (although I'm no master/expert! Nor am I old, grey and wizened! Oh, wait, I AM grey. ).0 -
