First Week

Did anyone feel completely famished and a little overheated during the first week of this? I talked to my trainer last night and she told me I need to keep my heart rate a little lower than what I'm letting it get to (hovering around 85%-90% the entire time). Guess I'll be taking a few more breaks. And cardio recovery....hurt!

Yeah my HR is usually pretty high during insanity too it's kind of hard to keep it low that's why it's insanity. I was hungry during the first week and you do have to make sure you are eating enough.0
