So today was my last day of 30 Day Shred. It actually took my 37 days, but I digress. I am ecstatic that I completed the whole thing without giving up. I feel so much better about myself and my body. Anyone else completed it yet?

    Congrats on finishing!! I'm jealous because I only just completed Day 24...but I guess I'm almost there!
