Hello Get Fit 90 Day Challengers:)
Let's check in and see how we are doing. Please put starting weight and current weight. Also, maybe think about having a current goal for each week. I will start:

CW: 175
My goal for this week is to complete the warrior dash. Loose a lb and make sure I put a rest day in.
