I have lost two pounds. Been drinking tons of water. Doing good on eating and working out. Did not get workout in yesterday...will today though.0

Was going to weigh-in on the 1st, but I can probably do it tomorrow. Close enough. I'm going to weigh myself again mid month then at the end of May. Between drinking a gallon of water a day, weight lifting and everything else, I'm sure my weight fluctuates too much for frequent scale work (plus I'll get depressed LOL).0

Weighed in! I'm not sure the formula for "Average weight loss" is right cos it hasn't changed values. Well done everyone theres some great results on here!

Did my weigh-in. Mine shows a 7 pound loss, but some was from mid month (last weigh-in), so my real goal is about 10 pounds from today's weight.0
