I'm loving being vegetarian and almost entirely vegan! I haven't had meat in two weeks, and I've cut all dairy out completely. The only item I've struggled to get rid of is eggs. But regardless, I feel so much better and happier and healthier! I'm loving this new lifestyle and how much better I feel. Yay! My entire family is converting, which is so helpful and fun. I love making food that even my meat-loving partner will eat.

Great job! It's a wonderful feeling isn't it? The eggs issue will come (or go....) in time. I've found Colleen Patrick-Goudreau's podcast "Vegetarian Food for Thought" to be really helpful in getting past those residual issues. She's amazing. And good luck with getting your omni partner to enjoy your food too! Since going vegan my fiance has eaten everything I have made for him, without cooking meat for himself for the side of his meal- it's made the world of difference for me.0
