Just wanted to see if anyone else on here is running the northwest passage ragnar this July? If so, any tips for a newbie?

its a 190 mile 12 person overnight relay race from Blaine to Whidbey Island.

    I did Ragnar in Phoenix in February. It was awesome and you'll love it!!

    Best preparation is to know you can run your distances. Otherwise, expect the unexpected....you'll be eating food you would never normally eat while running, you'll sleep and not sleep when you least expect it and you'll learn more about your vanmates than you ever thought possible.

    So have fun, take pictures and revel in the memories of RAGNAR!!! :)
