I have been so horrid sick, I am luckly to just get up for a bit. wahhhhh0

Saturday: Ran my 5K in 36:42...Then I did 26 minutes jog/walk intervals with hubby
I was really feeling crummy (health wise) yesterday after my running...I was raspy and dizzy off an on..it has carried over to Sunday.
Sunday: 30 mins run with 5 min cool down..10 minutes on the stair climber (I did 30 floors)
So, total (rounding my race) 108 mins for the weekend.0
