Day 1 (4-28-12)

Just started the Shred again. Love it!! It really is a great workout. I need to get my measurements again and my starting weight so I can post it. I am dreading tomorrow because I feel my thigh muscles a little sore tonight, but bring it on!!

    well done :) I'd love to join you, I may try one night of cardio, and one night of the shred :)
