Low Ovarian Reserve and IUI

Hi all,
Just got the word back from our fertility specialist, and it's worse than I thought. Along with PCOS, I have low ovarian reserve and my husband has problems with motility. My specialist said our best shot is with and IUI. I'm reading up on it, and I have to say I'm not very comforted by the percentages. Does anyone have experience with these specific problems, or anyone who has gone thru the IUI process already? I just need friends in this, no negativity....I've got enough of that inside me already.
