    That is a very good question, it seems I have dropped off of keeping up with the April challenge. With the tornado damage at work and being sick for a week, April hasn't exactly been one of my more successful months.

    I am ready for May.

    What would everyone like to see for May?

    Do we want to keep up the spreadsheet, or just report here weekly, or both?

    I always like a challenge. I think the April challenge was a bit too easy, but maybe I was just being flaky about logging on the spread sheet. I love logging my cardio on the spreadsheet. How about trying to up our cardio minutes by 30 each week -- or is that too hard? A new exercise each week? I think everyone is getting out of doors more at this time of year, so hopefully that will translate to more workouts. I miss the fruit and veggie challenges. And this time of year, fresh fruit and veggies are starting to look great.

    I know the water part always helps me, because I never drink enough water. Also maybe do the same exercise (4/7 days) but make it a certain amount of time too?

    I'm just bad about going to the spreadsheet and logging the information.

    I'd like to see a food challenge as 77tes said.. fruits and veggies are coming back in season :heart:

    I'm back now and up for anything in the challenge.

    In May I want to focus on my water intake, not straying from my program, eating veggies/protein, and doing the mental/emotional things I need to figure out about my weight loss.

    I also have set weight loss goals for myself to hit on June 1st (and another weight loss goal for June 15th... my hubby will be back on the 14th!) I am weighing in weekly on Fridays now. I can count my June 1st goal as my "May Challenge" weight loss goal.

    I've missed all of you!!
