Stomach distress

This is kind of a sensitive subject.................Usually around mile 6 of my run I have to use the restroom. This makes it difficult for me to break my pr time in the half becuase I spend time after that visiting the portapotty. Any ideas to help this. I have tried a variety of foods the night before and have not found a cure. Any ideas welcome.
