Today's weight 200.4. I am SO close I can taste it.
My goal was to be 199. Almost there!0 -
Beginning MD challenge weight: 172.5
April 2 weight: 171
April 9 weight: 168.5
April 16 weight: 167
April 23 weight: 165.5
April 30 weight: 164 (1.5 lbs lost this week, total since challenge start 8.5 lbs)
MD goal: 163 (1 pound to go!!)
The last time I was this low was in October 2008!
I'm so close to the MD goal that I was thinking of adjusting the goal to a lower number, but the next few weeks have some huge dining out and social challenges, so I'm going to leave the goal as is and be thrilled if I come out below it!0 -

I'm at 171.2 - I went up a little. I'm now a little over 8 pounds to my Memorial Day GW but I am TOTALLY focused and know that I can do this - or at least get REALLY close0 -

And for those of you getting discouraged by not getting large numbers? Small numbers can mean a HUGE difference, if you're working out. Between April 1 and May 1 I lost about 7 1/2 lbs. Which is a good month, I'll take 7 1/2 lbs in a month, absolutely, but just seeing that 1 lb here, 2 lbs there can get discouraging. It adds up!!!!!! Here's the difference that that 7 1/2 lbs made for me!

Good idea taking before pics for progress, wish I had done that! I can feel it in my clothes so that is good, but pics are powerful and motivating! Keep up the good work!0 -
