Hi Everyone!!! and Welcome ALL to a new month!!!
I started with 4 miles in 88F today very hot (for me) and slow. I think tomorrow I will start earlier in the AM0 -
I replied to the other thread, but I'll post here with some results as well.

I signed up for a half May 20th!!! (my first half) flat course, but I will train on hilly ones. Thinking about doing a 15K Hilly Trail Course this Saturday, OR a flat 10K, decisions, decisions!!!0 -

I missed last months goal by 1 mile. Erg. My own fault. I could have done of on the 29th bit was sure I would get it in on the 3"th when I had a scheduled run. But being away on course I couldnt even get in that one mile. Anyway, goal for may is 75 miles.
Today I wasn't able to use GPS but at least 3 miles (which is what my training program called for). I know I did a little more but am ok with going with 3.0 -
I am running my first full at the end of the month...so with the dreaded taper I am going to aim for 60 miles. Very conservative, but I do not want to push too hard so close to the race. I have a half marathon this weekend, then long runs will peak at the most 15 miles before I take a very light easy week the week out. I can't believe this time of training is finally here!!0
