Good morning! Day 18- not for me! I hurt my lower back yesterday as I went to pick my 2 year old up off the ground. It is better today than yesterday, so I am hoping I only miss 1-2 days of JM. I haven't taken rest days, so I will count these as them! Good luck everyone!

I start Day 1 of Level 3 tonight and judging from the way it looks I expect you will be able to hear me screaming all the way from the UK  Wish me luck ladies - I think I'm going to need it :frown:

Liv829, I hope you feel better soon - take care of that back and don't overdo things :flowerforyou:

I will be doing NMTZ tonight. I took Saturday off and was interrupted by the in-laws stopping by yesterday during BFBM. I was so angry that I didn't get to finish and that was really my only time to get it done.

I began my journey with JM on April 1st and I'm really starting to see some changes and my scale is finally starting to come back down.

Keep pushing ladies - you're doing a great job!!!

Did Day 15 of JM's MTC program at the gym this morning. Everything went well except for the fact that I couldn't find the thingamabob to do the cable leg extension exercise. I also couldn't think of a good exercise to do in place of this. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have a lot of energy today, so I'm thinking of doing a double JM day and doing NMTZ tonight before dinner. :)

@Liv829: Hope your back feels better!

@AnnyaSB: Good luck with Level 3! I actually think it's a bit easier than Level 2!

Thanks for all the support on my pulled back! It feels much better already today, so I bet in about 2 days, I'll be sweating right along with you!!

Haven't checked in for a few days, but still going strong! Three more days of 30ds for me. Did mine this morning along with some strength. Then on to NMTZ, BFBM, and a biggest loser DVD. I'll just rotate through them. Although I'm a bit nervous since I've been spoiled with 20 minute workouts and will be moving on to 40 minutes! :indifferent:

Liv, try to find some easy stretches if you can to help your back. Heating pads are also pretty amazing. I hope you feel better soon! Kid-related injuries are the pits.

Annya, I found L3 to be easier overall than L2. There are some moves that I still have to take a break on, but it's getting much easier. Good luck!

Hope everyone had/has a good workout today. :drinker:

Got Level 2 Day 6 of 30DS out. I hope that Level 3 is easier like you are saying! I know I've improved, but it still kills every time!!

Happy half way everyone!! Keep it up!

Liv829, hope your back feels better soon!! It's a good idea to take a couple rest days to make sure!

Got in Level 2, Day 3 of 30DS - I really really really hate level 2! I hate most of the moves. Mabye because I was finally getting used to Level 1. I hope Level 3 is more enjoyable. My muscles are still sore from day 1!

Sorry I've been MIA here lately but last week wasn't exactly my best. It's the last week of classes so my stress level is through the roof and my health has shown it. Here's to a new start though!

Today I finally finished the 30 Day Shred! I'm so proud to finally have completed it! Now I'm moving on the Extreme Shed & Shred. I previewed it last night and it looks tough. It's also quite a bit longer than the 30DS so we'll see how my body adapts to that.

Had the weekend off and started Level 2 tonight. I like it much better than level 1 and I am already doing a good mix of Natalie as well as Anita moves. Plus I did 5 real push ups on the walk out push ups on the first circuit! YAY!!

I avoided doing it last night and Friday if I'm honest as I was scared it would be really hard but looking forward to getting stuck in again tomorrow.

    xx

    Day1, Level 3..... OMG!!!!!

Still, at least I managed everything but all the sit ups (I just couldn't squeeze out the last 3 ), although some of the moves were Anita style........ TBH if I'd tried Natalie's moves I probably would have come through the ceiling!

The REALLY annoying thing is that, even though it is much tougher, I didn't burn any more calories than I do on Level 2 - life is so not fair :grumble:

so i opted just to do 30 DS Level 1 tonight. I'm exhausted today after only 5 hours of sleep last night. burned 273 calories. I'll take it. Now off to shower and curl up with a book.
