Despite some kind of back issue I managed day 25. I was very much doing the Anita level but at least I did it. I have no idea what I did to my shoulder but it has hurt since the end of last week. It feels like something is inflamed and every jump made me want to throw up. It's like the swelling is putting pressure on my neck. I even rested for 2 days and it is actually worse than it was.
