Is anyone else struggling to stay in the calorie range?

I'm having a hard time even getting to 1200 on low carb days and on high carb days I'm somewhere around 1400. Today is my first day so I'm sure it will get easier, but I'm trying to follow the plan exactly. Does anyone follow the plan and have their diaries open for ideas?

    Today is my first day. I am just trying to get used to eating that often, what I can eat and rotating the high and low carb days.

    Even when I cycle I still eat above my BRM (1515)... I never eat below that! I also try to only stick to a 1000 calorie deficit... some days it is tough when I burn 1000+ cals... but worth not starving my body....

    I lost track the last few days. Yes, I have a hard time sticking close to what he says to do too. Just gotta keep at it. You can add cottage cheese I think on the low carb days to get the calories in.
