How many follow the nutrition plan? I actually eat a paleo diet so was wondering if anyone else does too?

    I have the Nutrition Plan, but I havent had extra money to go grocery shopping yet since I started so for now im just eating as healthy as I can and Im not gonna listen to all the mumbo jumbo about dont eat this or that..I figure as long as I stay under my cal goal, maybe eat some of my cals back that I'm doin good. SO I SAY, IF THATS THE DIET UR ON THEN JUST STICK TO THE SAME DIET. AND ONLY EAT MORE IF U FEEL HUNGRY... GOOD LUCK!! :)
