Has anyone here done P90X, P90X2, and/or Insanity? If so, I would like to know your experience with these type of programs. I'm currently doing P90X2 (just the training, not the dieting) and I'm getting great resolves.
Please share you experience:
What you like about it?
What you didn't like about it?
Did you follow the diet from program or did you do your own dieting?
Did you do it by yourself or with a group of people?

I did a full round of p90x, I really liked it at first and then I got sick of hearing Tony Hortons corny sayings!! That and I was losing too much muscle, so I went back to the gym.
I followed the diet plan for the first round and lost a lot of weight... it was difficult to keep up with the diet though.

Thanks for your comments. I feel that I'm losing muscle as well, but I'm also getting very tone.0
