Hi everyone, thought it'd be fun to gather some new GF recipes. I have been gf since January so I am starting to experiment more and am ready to branch out of my staples. Here's a new one I tried last night that came out AWESOME!
African Chicken in the Crock Pot
1lb Tomatoes halved
1/2 Onion Chopped
1/3 cup natural Peanut Butter
Hot Sauce to taste
4 raw Chicken Breasts
Coriander
Salt
Cinnamon
So easy! Put the halved tomatoes at the bottom of the crock pot
Top with onions
Top with Peanut Butter
Spread as much hot sauce as you want
sprinkle chicken breasts ( i defrosted for 3 mins in the microwave) with the spices ( I didn't measure just kinda winged it)
move around in mixture, then flip
I put on high for about 8 hours, removed chicken and mixed the mixture, then put on low for another hour and it came out sooo good! Came out to 266 calories per serving (4 servings total) Good over rice or with a potato!

I am gf since the end of December. What gf websites do you look at? I read www.glutenfreeonashoestring.com and www.glutefreegirl.com. I would love some new gf recipes! Especially dinners!0
