anyone else changing things up for month 2?

i am thinking instead of upping my calories i will stay where i am at (1700-1900) and that the higher burns will make the difference in burning the fat and preserving the muscle...
what is everyone else doing in month 2 that might be different?
i know it's going to be tough... i know i will be exhausted and want to quit the first week of month 2. but i am committed to it and i will make it happen. even if i have to take breaks, i will press play every day and give the workouts my all.

my plan is to eat 1800 ish calories on workout days and around 1500 on rest/recovery days.
and the key is to cut out the "CHEAT" days or it just makes it harder to do the max workouts! I have a lot harder time working out after eating bad than a day where I ate right.0 -
I want to eat the same calorie as month 1 but if I'm hungry I can have 200 cal more a day.0

I'm sticking with the same amount of calories but will eat more protien & less carbs. I had great results with that last time. I also did my workouts early & didn't eat before ( a fasted workout) & had amazing results. We'll see what happens.0

good idea with more protein/less carbs, i am trying to up the protein but haven't worried too much about carbs. i wish i could do fasting workouts but i have to workout in the evening so i dont get an option.0

Fasting workout on month 2? It would be "impossible" at least for me.
I have to have some carb drink or eat my Performance energy bar during the work out.
I just keep the same Macros as Insanity suggeste. Eat most the carbs before & after Insanity work out.0 -
i think by fasting, just doing it first thing in the morning would be good if i could do that. but i can't... so i do it around 7:30 pm to 8pm and eat dinner by 5:30... i make it a small dinner.0
