My healthy challenge for this week is going to be to take 5 min. "mini walks" throughout the day at work..., if I can do 6 of them, that will be 30 minutes of extra walking/exercise added to my day!:glasses:
AH! the old "getting heathy when body is not paying attention" sneak approach! Throw in a flight or two of office-building stairs while you are at it :bigsmile:
