Not Off to a Good Start

I forgot to weigh myself this morning so I decided to do it after I ate lunch that I overindulged in. Ended up eating 3 chocolate chip cookies from McDonald's along with a 6" Turkey and Sour Cream Baked Lays from Subway. Al least I had water to drink. I have got to do better if I plan on losing 10 pounds this month.

Starting Weight: 227 lbs (on a full stomach after lunch)
Goal Weight Loss for May: 10 pounds

Plan to eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Lean meats and whole grains. No sweets, fried foods, sugary beverages, high sodium foods, DRINK LOTS of WATER. And 60 min daily exercise.
