Hi, everyone! Wanted to introduce myself instead of hiding in the corner like the last group I joined. :D

I just started MFP about 2 weeks ago and am slowly building up a workout routine again. My goal for the day is to join a few groups and commit to their challenges so I can find motivation and accountability. Doing squats spaced out throughout the day sounds like something I can handle both physically and from a time management standpoint. I look forward to posting my first day this evening after work!
