It is the beginning of the month. What are your goals for this month?
I"m hoping to lose at least 5 pounds, 10 pounds would be great.
I'm also looking to walk on the treadmill for 15 miles. Average of 0.5 per day, on top of other exercising.

How did you do for the first weekend in May. I didn't quite make it onto the treadmill much, but between shopping, open houses, and what not I did get some walking in, but not logging it because it wasn't properly tracked on the treadmill. I will get back onto it today. Still averaging 0.5/day though.
Foodwise, I had an indulgence day yesterday, but it was a nice treat. It was a little much, but my calories over the weekend averaged out.0
