That sounds good. I'm in. I'd also like to do at least 40 min. aerobic exercise 6 days out of the week.0

Well, so far this month I have exercised for 12 days. I have had a couple that I did not log. Going to try and do better from today till the end of the month. How are you doing?0

I am doing ok. Busy schedules sometimes don't allow you to log in all the time. What you can do is write down your workouts and food and add them in later.0
